Dan Savoia is a Senior Vice President, Development & Construction for Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, responsible for implementation of the Company’s development and construction processes, including internal and external coordination and problem solving. With more than 25 years of experience managing the development of complex capital projects, Dan is adept at coordinating the interests of all stakeholders.

Prior to his work with Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, Dan served in a similar capacity for Balfour Beatty Communities where he was a Development Manager, then Area Project Director, and finally Regional Vice President of Project Development for the company’s Air Force housing portfolio. In that role he managed the development of several complex Public-Private Partnership projects that included demolition, major renovation, new construction, phasing, and all site and infrastructure improvements.
