Brad Murphy is Assistant Vice President for Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for facilitating the development and construction processes, working with clients and partners to satisfy each client’s infrastructure improvement needs, along with identifying the resources required to execute those plans.

Prior to his current role, Brad was Manager of Project Finance & Research for Balfour Beatty Communities, with financial analysis responsibilities for the Company’s military housing privatization projects. Previously Brad worked at LEM Mezzanine Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of asset management and loan servicing for equity and debt investments for commercial real estate projects. He was also an associate with Lubert-Adler Partners L.P., where he was involved in acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of commercial real estate across various asset classes.
