David Vogt is Project Executive for Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing select campus projects, specifically as a key player in the pursuit, due diligence and project operations of multiple projects. Dave oversaw the development of the Cross, a 1,246-bed residence hall at The University of Oklahoma delivered Fall 2018, as well as the 1,038-bed first phase of the new student village at University North Carolina at Wilmington delivered Fall 2020.

Dave has more than 25 years of experience in design, development and construction of large-scale, fast-paced multi-family projects. Dave oversaw all components of a $135M development and construction portfolio that consisted of 510 new homes, 810 renovated homes and three community center amenities via public-private partnership for Corvias Military Living for more than a decade.
