Bob Shepko is Division President for Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions. In this role, Bob guides the Company in both the development and execution of its strategy, overseeing the pursuit of new business and successful completion of all projects, as well as ongoing interaction with partners and clients.

Bob is a true industry pioneer, with more than 25 years of experience operating in the higher education development sector. His background with Balfour Beatty also includes a role as Senior Vice President of Project Management for Balfour Beatty Communities’ Navy housing portfolio, consisting of 19 military installations. Prior to joining the Balfour Beatty, Bob worked with Anderson Strickler Campus Housing and Real Estate Consultants, as well as College Park Communities, the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), and Cambridge Associates.
